Shipping
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for Ground orders over $150 and sent within the
continental US. This does not include the $3.99 handling fee, nor oversized shipping
charges.
What is oversized shipping?
Oversized items such as one-piece sticks and wheel bags have an additional oversized
shipping charge. This is due to the rather large size of the particular item being
sent out.
Why has there been a $9.99 charge added to the price of my one-piece stick/wheel
bag?
There is a 9.99 oversized item fee in addition to any shipping & handling (GROUND
+ 9.99). The boxes that one-piece sticks & wheel bags are shipped in are rather
large & UPS charges an additional fee to ship them.
If the order itself is over $149, there is free ground shipping --only a $4.99 handling
fee. If the order falls under that amount, shipping is charged according to the
table below

Sizing
What size skate should I order?
Skates normally fit 1 to 1-1/2 sizes smaller than your street shoes.
What is the difference between D & EE in skate sizing?
In regards to skate widths, “D” is the standard, “C” is
about a quarter of an inch narrower than “D”, while “E”
(or “EE” depending on the manufacturer) is about a quarter of an inch
wider than “D.” Some skate models may designate “N” for
Narrow/C width, “R” for Regular/D width and “W” for Wide/EE
width. CCM skates usually have the widest boot construction available, while Nike
skates seem to run narrow in general.
