Returns:
Please submit an RMA Request or call 24hrhockey (1877-7shop24) within 14 days of receiving your order for a return merchant authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted until this number has been issued. Please do not have skates sharpened unless you are sure of your size (Sharpened skates are not returnable) Please state explanation for return in e-mail. All Tags must be on new equipment (Jocks and underwear are non-returnable). There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns without equal or greater value exchange. Customer is responsible for all orders cannot be returned.

Clearance/Closeout Items:
Clearance or Closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Credit Card Statements:
Important please note on billing statement Scherer’s Hockey will come up as the company that you have purchased your equipment from.

Return Procedure:
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused:

• Contact customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• A representative will contact you within 24 hours with a RMA number and shipping instructions.
• Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s) along with a note explaning why the product was returned.
• Your return will be processed within 30 days and your credit card will be creditted.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size –24hrhockey.com will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.

Refusal of Package:
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
