Why has there been a $9.99 charge added to the price of my one-piece stick/wheel bag?
There is a 9.99 oversized item fee in addition to any shipping & handling (GROUND + 9.99). The boxes that one-piece sticks & wheel bags are shipped in are rather large & UPS charges an additional fee to ship them.

If the order itself is over $149, there is free ground shipping --only a $4.99 handling fee. If the order falls under that amount.

• In some cases these rates are estimates and shipping cost may need to be adjusted. We will notify you prior to shipment.
• Does not include "Handling Charge", see below for rate breakdown.

We are based in Southern New Jersey, so choose your shipping times accordingly. Ground shipping orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.

The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.

All "Air" orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. EST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock.) Sometimes we receive so many orders that we may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us.) Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

*Please note that pick-ups are Mon-Fri only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.Orders shipped via UPS are subject "Terms and Conditions of Service" as detailed on UPS.com.

Please note sometimes we also use USPS depending upon the package size and the urgency of the delivery. If you need a package by a certain day please contact us directly so we can make sure that happens (This is due to the mass amount of orders we receive on certain days).
